For over a decade, Premier Nutrition Corp. has been creating convenient, great-tasting, nutrient-rich products to help people do what they love and feel great doing it.

We are led by people who are passionate about being fit and active, and we believe that good nutrition is the fuel for a happy, healthy life.

David Ritterbush, CEO

David joined Premier Nutrition Corp. in 2009 and became CEO of the company in 2010. David has over two decades of experience in consumer goods, having spent time as the Vice President-General Manager of Red Bull North America and 17 years at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream holding numerous sales and marketing positions. David's last role at Dreyer's was Senior Vice President of Marketing. A proud father of three, David loves sports and being outside. You can find him biking around Lake Tahoe in the summer and on the slopes in the winter.

David Cooper, CFO

David joined Premier Nutrition Corp. in 2012. After working at leading food companies including Dole Food Company, Inc., PowerBar, Inc., and Del Monte Fresh Produce Company, Mr. Cooper spent 12 years in the technology industry, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Art.com, Inc. from November 2006 to October 2007, and then as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Satmetrix Systems, Inc. from May 2009 through February 2012. David holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale and an MBA in Finance from NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. David loves a challenge and being active—whether it's swimming, rowing or the occasional pickup game of basketball.

Darcy Horn, VP of Marketing

Darcy joined Premier Nutrition Corp. in 2009. Prior to Premier Nutrition Corp., Darcy was the Marketing Director at Timbuk2 Designs. She has spent most of her marketing career at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream managing national brands including Dreyer's, Haagen-Dazs, Drumstick and Eskimo Pie. Darcy holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University, an MBA from NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and is a certified public accountant. Being active has always been a part of Darcy's life, from running track in college to her current activities of yoga and toddler-chasing.

Lee Partin, VP of Sales

Lee joined Premier Nutrition Corp. in 2010 as Director of Sales for the Southeast and became VP of Sales in 2012. Prior to joining Premier, Lee was the VP of Sales for Mollicoolz LLC and spent 26 years at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream in a variety of sales and management positions. Lee's last position at Dreyer's was General Manager of the Eastern US. When it comes to keeping active, you can usually find him in the water.

Stewart Irving, VP of Operations

Stewart joined Premier Nutrition Corp. in 2000. Stewart gained much of his operations experience during his 10 years as General Manager at Marmot Mountain Works, specializing in retail for high-end mountaineering equipment. Stewart holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley and brings his passion for cycling to the company. He enjoys the personal testing aspects of endurance events and raising two kids.

Ron Osborne, VP of Innovation and R&D

Ron joined Premier Nutrition Corp. in 2006. Ron has focused over 23 years on CPG manufacturing, distribution, and product development including a combined 15 years at Procter & Gamble, Advanced Marketing Services, and Next Proteins. Ron holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley. He relaxes through running three to four times a week and enjoys half-marathon events.

Dr. Kristine Clark, Nutrition Advisor

Dr. Kristine Clark Ph.D., R.D., FACSM, joined Premier Nutrition Corp. in 2013 as a nutritional advisor, and is currently the Director of Sports Nutrition for Penn State University's Athletic Dept. There she counsels over 900 varsity athletes from 31 teams. She also advises head coaches, team physicians, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, and athletic administrators on policies regarding eating disorders, weight management, and supplement use among athletes. While most of Dr. Clark's time is devoted to athletics, she also holds a faculty position as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Nutritional Sciences.

Kris holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition Science from Penn State University, a Masters degree in Health Education from the University of Wisconsin, and a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Viterbo College, LaCrosse, WI. She has many research interests including food choices for recreational exercisers and athletes, timing of eating, and weight management, and is a past chair of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Group in Sports Nutrition and currently on the Board of Directors of the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group. She is a Fellow in and past Trustee Member of the American College of Sports Medicine, and a member of the U.S. Olympic Sports Medicine Advisory Board. Kris is also a nutrition resource for numerous popular magazines and is regularly quoted in Shape, Self, Real Simple, Readers Digest, Men’s Health, Glamour, and Good Housekeeping.

In her freetime, Kris loves to exercise, cooking, and participates in local fund-raising efforts for breast cancer awareness and PAWS animal rescue.
